EDR Group's Stephen Fitzroy was quoted in an Arizona Republic article (8/25/11) on an alliance pushing a high-speed rail system between Las Vegas and Salt Lake City, and routes branching from Salt Lake City east to Denver and west to Reno.

Fitzroy spoke at a recent meeting of the Southwest Valley Rail Partnership, a group of cities and businesses in Arizona's southwest Valley that want to participate in determining their rail future, whether it be high-speed, light or commuter rail.
