Marlborough Economic Development Strategy
The Marlborough Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) announced that it selected a consultant team that includes EDR Group, to assist in the preparation of an economic development master plan.
On a team with FXM Consulting and the Cecil Group to produce an economic development strategy for Marlborough, MA, EDR Group is using LEAP to analyze the city's employment base and identify competitive advantages and barriers to future growth. EDR Group is also analyzing the city's workforce needs and evaluating the extent to which the current workforce and available training programs meet future occupational skill needs.
